2018-19 NFL Week 3 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. Is it possible that the Cardinals get shutout two weeks in a row? Facing an up and coming defense in Chicago, the chances of putting up more than 10 points this week are looking slim for Arizona unless they bring in Josh Rosen. 2. Check out Keelan Cole posting another 100+ yard game today vs Tennessee. I believe Bortles has found his go to receiver in Marqise Lee’s absence. 3. The game I’m most looking forward to this week is definitely Rams vs Chargers. I believe the Rams will win easily, but for some reason, I’m sensing a possible upset in LA. 2018-19 NFL Week 2 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. I’ll be keeping a close eye on Packers vs Vikings today because I, like every other fantasy owner, need to know if Aaron Rodgers is actually healthy. The fact that he is active this week is a good sign, but we won’t truly know his condition until we see him out on the field. 2. I’ll be interested to see how the Raiders offense responds from getting shut down by the Rams last week. They started the game with two great drives, but were then only held to 13 points for the game. Going up against a Denver defense this week that is hungry to continue its success, the Raiders will look to utilize their stacked offense (on paper at least) and try to avoid starting 0-2. 3. The Browns may have tied last week, but this week, I expect them to upset the Saints and hand New Orleans an 0-2 start to the season. With all that said, here are my position rankings for Week 2 of the 2018-19 NFL Season:

2018-19 NFL Week 1 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. I’m going to be keeping my eyes glued to the Patriots vs Texans game, as if last year’s matchup is any indication, those two teams will be putting up fantasy points left and right. Look for Brady to slightly edge out Watson though in the points category, as I expect the Pats to defend their home turf today. 2. It’ll be interesting to see how OBJ comes back from a fractured ankle. Will he be a deep threat, or will he be a little timid in the opening weeks? Personally, I hope that he comes back healthy, because that guy is one of the most exciting players in the game. 3. The game I’m most looking forward to this week is definitely Steelers vs Browns. I have the Browns in a HUGE upset, but more on that in my Game Picks post. With all that said, here are my position rankings for Week 1 of the 2018-19 NFL Season:

2017-18 NFL Week 16 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. I’m keeping my eye on Bills vs Patriots this week, as is everyone in Buffalo, as the Bills Mafia actually has a chance to make the playoffs in the AFC if they win out. If Tom Brady can stay healthy in this game though, their chances look slim. 2. Jimmy Graham has been quiet these past few weeks, so look for him to light up the Cowboys secondary this week in Dallas. It’ll either be him or another Seahawks TE. 3. The game I’m most looking forward to this week is definitely Saints vs Falcons. If this game is anything like the one a few Thursdays ago, then we are in for a good time. With all that said, here are my position rankings for Week 16 of the 2017-18 NFL Season:

2017-18 NFL Week 15 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. Steelers vs Patriots! Rams vs Seahawks! Packers Panthers: The Return of the Discount Double Check! Are you kidding me?! 2. Russell Wilson is my #1 ranked quarterback this week, and this is his chance to prove to me that he deserves to be in serious consideration for MVP. With Carson Wentz going down last week (super sad), Wilson’s path to the award is there for him to take. Let’s just see if he can get it done tomorrow in a bout for the NFC West title. 3. The game I’m most looking forward to this week is of course NE vs PIT. Almost nothing is more fun than seeing two of the greatest quarterbacks of this generation going head to head, and luckily, we’ll be treated to that maybe twice this season if these two meet again in January. With all that said, here are my position rankings for Week 15 of the 2017-18 NFL Season:

2017-18 NFL Week 14 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. I think it’s pretty clear to everyone that the games of the week are GB vs CLE, TEN vs ARI, and SF vs HOU! Other than that, there are no good matchups this week, unless I’m missing something… (Please pick up on my sarcasm) 2.You’ll notice that my biggest shakeup in rankings this week comes at the TE position with Delanie Walker taking over the #1 spot! With Gronk suspended and Zach Ertz questionable to go, I see Walker continuing his tear vs the Cardinals and showing me he deserves his status as my top TE in fantasy. 3. I think it’d be a surprise to almost everyone if Goff vs. Wentz doesn’t turn into a shootout. 2 teams vying for the top seed in the NFC, top 2 picks from last year’s draft going at it, wide receivers from USC, etc. It’ll be a fun one! 2017-18 NFL Week 13 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. The NFL must be loving the teams in contention right now, as we will get to see Philly take on Seattle this week, along with MIN vs ATL, NO vs CAR, etc. Who would’ve guessed that everyone would be clambering to watch the Eagles, Saints and Vikings work their magic this late into the season?  2. I expect Dion Lewis to have a big day vs Buffalo. The Pats have been relying on him a lot more lately, and we have been able to see the same runner who rose to prominence just a few years ago. 3. If I had to pick the game that is most likely to come down to the wire though, I’d have to say Saints vs Panthers. These games always mean something late in the season, and of course the prize for the winning team will be first place in the NFC South. 2017-18 NFL Week 12 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. Could the Browns find a way to upset Cincy? Niners over the 12th man? Maybe even the Jets over the Panthers? Considering how crazy the season has been so far, it wouldn’t surprise me. 2. If Drew Brees can find a way to lead his team to a 9-2 record, then I like the Saints to challenge Philly for the NFC title. 3. I think the KFC Wild Card is basically a lock at this point. Lions suck, Cowboys and Packers REALLY suck, and the Falcons aren’t consistent enough. We’ll be seeing Carolina and Seattle in January. With all that said, here are my position rankings for Week 12 of the 2017-18 NFL Season:

2017-18 NFL Week 11 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. There are a bunch of dream matchups this week including OAK vs NE, ATL vs SEA, TEN vs PIT, and LAR vs MIN. What a week this is going to be! 2. Carson Wentz is going to light up the Cowboys. Dallas has no chance, and that’s why he’s my top ranked QB this week. 3. The game I’m most excited for this week isn’t even in the NFL, it’s my Trojans taking on UCLA. Fight On! 2017-18 NFL Week 10 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. It’s too bad we won’t get to see 3 of the most fun teams to watch in the NFL this week in Oakland, KC, and Philly, but I’m sure we’ll manage anyhow. 2. Alvin Kamara is very close to becoming the primary RB in New Orleans, so make sure to keep an eye on him this week. 3. Cowboys vs Falcons ought to be quite a show. It’s going to be an interesting matchup for both sides without Ezekiel Elliott playing. With all that said, here are my position rankings for Week 10 of the 2017-18 NFL Season:
