2017-18 NFL Week 15 Winners and Losers

Hey Everyone! The Packers are officially out of playoff contention, so that leaves the 6th seed in the NFC open to just a few teams. It looks as though both wild cards will be from the NFC South, although the Lions and Seahawks may still have a chance. Over on the AFC side, the Jags have clinched for the first time in about a century, and the Bills currently sit in the 6th spot. This is your time Buffalo! Two wins and you’re in! After almost 19 years! They’re gonna blow it, aren’t they? 2017-18 NFL Week 15 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. Steelers vs Patriots! Rams vs Seahawks! Packers Panthers: The Return of the Discount Double Check! Are you kidding me?! 2. Russell Wilson is my #1 ranked quarterback this week, and this is his chance to prove to me that he deserves to be in serious consideration for MVP. With Carson Wentz going down last week (super sad), Wilson’s path to the award is there for him to take. Let’s just see if he can get it done tomorrow in a bout for the NFC West title. 3. The game I’m most looking forward to this week is of course NE vs PIT. Almost nothing is more fun than seeing two of the greatest quarterbacks of this generation going head to head, and luckily, we’ll be treated to that maybe twice this season if these two meet again in January. 2017-18 NFL Week 14 Winners and Losers

Hey Everyone! The 8th, 9th, and 10th seeds in the NFC are keeping it interesting, although I believe that only the Packers have a legitimate shot at making the postseason at this point out of those three. On the AFC side, we had a huge upset in New England with the Dolphins keeping their slim playoff hopes alive, but now, more importantly, the team that gets the top seed in the AFC will all come down to this week’s game in Pittsburgh with the Patriots taking on the Steelers. Overall, last week was definitely one to remember, so here are my Winners and Losers for Week 14 of the 2017-18 NFL Season:

2017-18 NFL Week 14 Position Rankings

A few things to consider: 1. I think it’s pretty clear to everyone that the games of the week are GB vs CLE, TEN vs ARI, and SF vs HOU! Other than that, there are no good matchups this week, unless I’m missing something… (Please pick up on my sarcasm) 2.You’ll notice that my biggest shakeup in rankings this week comes at the TE position with Delanie Walker taking over the #1 spot! With Gronk suspended and Zach Ertz questionable to go, I see Walker continuing his tear vs the Cardinals and showing me he deserves his status as my top TE in fantasy. 3. I think it’d be a surprise to almost everyone if Goff vs. Wentz doesn’t turn into a shootout. 2 teams vying for the top seed in the NFC, top 2 picks from last year’s draft going at it, wide receivers from USC, etc. It’ll be a fun one! With all that said, here are my position rankings for Week 14 of the 2017-18 NFL Season:

2017-18 NFL Week 13 Winners and Losers

Hey Everyone! Who would have thought that at this point in the season, we would have a three-way tie for first place in the AFC West…at 6-6?! I have to confess. I didn’t see any of the events of this season coming. The Giants are the second worst team in the league, the Chiefs were great and then not so great, and every supposedly good team in the NFC from last year sucks. Wow. One great thing to come out of all this chaos is the fact that both conferences have a tight race for top seed in the upcoming playoffs (only a little over a month away). We are in for a wild finish to this already great season. Anyway, here are my Winners and Losers for Week 13 of the 2017-18 NFL Season:

Winners

QB: Alex Smith, Josh McCown, and Blake Bortles

RB: Rex Burkhead, Alex Collins, and Kenyan Drake

WR: Tyreek Hill, Nelson Agholor, and Jermaine Kearse

TE: Cameron Brate and Stephen Anderson

K: Robbie Gould and Travis Coons

D/ST: Dolphins and Cowboys

Losers

QB: Tom Brady, Matt Ryan, and Tyrod Taylor

RB: DeMarco Murray, Joe Mixon, and Jordan Howard

WR: Mike Evans, Brandin Cooks, and Julio Jones

TE: Zach Ertz and Vernon Davis

K: Matt Prater and Kai Forbath

D/ST: Chiefs and Lions
